After relocating from Martin County to West Palm Beach, I came to the Red Roof Inn Plus + where I stayed for several months until my apartment was ready. The general manager, Edgar Belmonte and the entire staff are so kind and courteous, feeling more like family than hotel staff. Over the time I've stayed, I got to know each staff member in a different way , including the housekeepers and the security guard, Michael. The warmth and kindness that I experienced was unlike any other! I appreciate their professionalism and thoughtfulness.
The lady at the front was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Great location nextt to the Cracker barrel which my husband loved! Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again.

Been staying here for a while due to not having a place to live. The staff is awesome. Everything is always clean. Prompt service is great and Vincent is amazing.
Emma and Edgar were so good to me. I’m going through a lot and they noticed and had my back. I thought I paid for my room but actually didn’t I'm guessing the payment didn’t go through and I didn’t notice. When I realized I immediately paid for another night & I’m so thankful they didn’t put my things out while I was at work. They gave me another chance and waived off the late fees. Thank you guys again. The entire staff has been good to me.
I stayed at Red Roof PLUS+ West Palm Beach for a night, and it was a comfortable experience. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was surprisingly cozy. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly. It’s a convenient location if you’re passing through or need to be near the airport. Nothing fancy, but it served its purpose well for my stay.
As always the office staff is amazing! It seems like everytime I come into town (around 3 times a year) the rooms look better and better. Location is perfect and it’s family friendly! My go to hotel for a comfortable stay anytime I’m in the area
